Vision

To create a supportive and empowering environment where dancers—and everyone within the industry—can achieve their highest artistic and athletic potential while maintaining long-term well-being.

Mission

Performing Beyond Limits Institute is dedicated to supporting not only dancers but also the entire industry, including artistic directors, company leadership, and decision-makers. Through a global summit and various initiatives, we aim to address the unique physical, mental, and creative demands of the profession. By providing tools and practices that enhance well-being, focus, and artistic expression, we strive to cultivate a more sustainable and fulfilling industry for all.

Goal

Our goal is to integrate Transcendental Meditation (TM) as a powerful tool for the entire dance community. TM helps reduce stress and anxiety, enhance focus and mental clarity, boost creativity and artistic expression, and improve mind-body coordination. By incorporating TM into daily routines, dancers, artistic leaders, and company decision- makers can foster a healthier, more balanced, and high-performing environment ensuring that what is best for the dancer is also best for the company.
